Easy Ship, Rapid Build
Framing System
Our pre-fabricated framing kits are  designed for strength, rapid assembly
and easy palletized shipping. Off-GridStructures kits can be transported into remote sites where a commercial delivery truck may not have access. No special equipment is required. Framing components simply assemble with a wrench and cordless screw gun. No sawing - No nailing!
The columns, beams and rafters are glue-laminated timbers factory cut to length and angle, and pre-drilled for bolting with carriage bolts to steel joinery plates. Wall, roof and loft framing are factory built "T" girts which are screwed to the timbers with the highest quality structural screws. Factory installed clips provide for the location of each "T" girt on walls, roof and loft.
